Beginning my career in commercial leasing and operations gave me hands-on experience with CAM reconciliations, property valuations, tenant relations, contracts, and the day-to-day realities of real estate performance. Those early years shaped the analytical approach and operational discipline I bring to every project today.
Over time, my path expanded into residential, investment, and creative finance strategies where I developed expertise in seller financing, subject-to acquisitions, hybrid structures, wraps, land deals, and distressed-asset negotiations. I’ve worked across multiple segments of the industry, managing REO assets, coordinating with realtors and contractors, conducting BPOs, and negotiating directly with lenders. This blend of experience allows me to structure deals with clarity, precision, and strong valuation instincts.
As an asset-based funder and creative strategist, I assist investors nationwide in securing capital for earnest money, transactional funding, double closings, construction needs, and flexible financing solutions. My work is influenced by years of training and collaboration within Pace Morby’s SubTo community and other advanced programs, where I’ve strengthened my skills in underwriting, broker outreach, multifamily analysis, creative structuring, and capital strategy.
