My passion for real estate runs deep. I purchased my first 5 acres of land with seller finance at the age of 24, and from there I continued acquiring properties through land auctions and creative deal structures. That first creative deal over ten years ago opened my eyes to what's truly possible. Since then I've deepened my expertise through Pace Morby's Subto community, mastering Subject-To and Seller Financing and other creative acquisition methods, and refined my skills through Veena Jetti's Mastering Multifamily program covering underwriting, broker outreach, T-12 analysis, and capital strategy.
Most recently I completed Construction Mastery 101 giving me a comprehensive understanding of how homes are built from the ground up, from foundation and framing to electrical, plumbing, and final inspection. This knowledge allows me to make more informed decisions, communicate effectively with contractors and builders, and create better projects that truly serve our communities.
Being part of the Women's Affordable Housing Network has brought everything full circle. From attending the Atlanta Mayor's inauguration to participating in affordable housing events throughout the city, I've had the privilege of connecting with passionate advocates, developers, and community leaders who share the same vision, making quality housing accessible to everyone. These relationships have been transformative and have only deepened my commitment to affordable housing development.
I work with clients nationwide to secure capital for earnest money deposits, transactional funding, double closings, construction financing, and flexible creative solutions for Subject-To transactions, foreclosures, seller financing, hybrid structures, and distressed-asset negotiations. My foundation was built in commercial property management, leasing operations, CAM reconciliations, property valuations, tenant relations, REO management, and coordination with lenders, brokers, and contractors and that operational discipline informs every strategy I touch today.
I'm also the author of a 220-page Real Estate Foreclosure Guide, and in January 2026 I completed two additional books — Land Profits Unlocked and Land Locked Mastery because I believe knowledge is one of the most powerful vehicles you can give someone on their wealth-building journey.
