How does the Partnership work?
Submit your lead and we'll partner on the deal. You get paid at closing without having to make seller calls, negotiate, or handle paperwork.
The Process:
→ You Submit: Fill out the form with the seller's info
→ We Connect: Jen calls you first to discuss the lead and answer any questions
→ We Take Over: Jen handles all seller communication and negotiations
→ You Stay Updated: Regular progress reports throughout
→ We Review Together: Once under contract, we go over the numbers
→ We Formalize: Simple partnership agreement sent for signature
→ You Get Paid: Your split arrives at closing That's it.

Is my information kept confidential?
Yes. All information is kept strictly confidential and used solely for closing your deal. We do not share leads with other team members or third parties without your explicit permission. You will be called first before the lead is contacted. Bulk Leads: If you have multiple warm leads to submit, contact us for CSV upload instructions.
