Project Strategy & Development Support
Strategic project support for custom home builders, multifamily developers, mixed-use projects, residential infill, and affordable housing teams—from land strategy and pre-development through early project execution.
Development moves fast. Projects lose momentum when communication breaks down, priorities become unclear, and no one is managing the details that keep everything moving. That's where I come in.
Who This Is For
Successful development requires more than a strong concept. Projects must move through land evaluation, due diligence, design, financing, permitting, construction, and stakeholder coordination, often with multiple professionals involved at the same time.
I work with developers, builders, investors, landowners, and project teams who need strategic support during pre-development and active project execution.
Custom homes and residential infill
Multifamily and mixed-use developments
Affordable housing and community development
Redevelopment and land-based opportunities
Atlanta-area projects requiring trusted local representation
My background combines commercial property management, creative finance, land strategy, capital relationships, and construction education. I have completed Construction Mastery training covering framing, electrical, plumbing, and final inspections, participate actively in Atlanta’s development community, and maintain involvement with organizations including the Women’s Affordable Housing Network and the National Low Income Housing Coalition.
I help landowners, churches, emerging developers, and community organizations explore whether a property may support a larger development vision. This may include clarifying potential uses, identifying development and team gaps, exploring possible partnership structures, and organizing the next steps required for professional feasibility review.
I do not replace your architect, engineer, attorney, tax-credit consultant, underwriter, or contractor. I work alongside your existing professionals to help organize information, coordinate communication, identify project gaps, and keep priorities moving forward.
This Service Is a Good Fit If
You have an active or upcoming project in the Atlanta metro area or need remote coordination
Your custom home or local construction budget is generally $500,000 or more
Your mixed-use, affordable housing, multifamily, or larger development budget is generally $1 million or more
You need dependable coordination, stakeholder follow-through, or trusted Atlanta representation
Smaller projects may be considered based on scope, location, and the level of support required.
What I Help You Solve
Development projects can lose time and money when communication breaks down, documents are disorganized, key professionals are missing, or responsibilities are unclear.
I help development teams identify what is needed, organize the moving parts, and maintain momentum as the project progresses.
Project Support May Include
Pre-development coordination and tracking key deliverables
Development-readiness and project-team gap assessments
Identifying missing architects, contractors, consultants, lenders, and other professionals
Land and opportunity strategy during early project planning
Site due diligence coordination with consultants and service providers
Pro forma coordination with qualified underwriting professionals
Organizing project documents, timelines, meetings, and outstanding requirements
Coordinating communication among developers, contractors, lenders, nonprofits, vendors, and stakeholders
Meeting follow-up, action-item tracking, and accountability
Community engagement, project tours, development events, and stakeholder meetings
Atlanta-based site visits and local project representation
Virtual support for teams working remotely or across multiple markets
Facilitating introductions to experienced co-developers or financial-capacity partners when appropriate
My role is to reduce communication gaps, improve organization, and support the development team as the project moves from concept through pre-development and into execution.
Professional introductions are subject to project fit, independent review, availability, and approval by the respective professionals or partners. Financing, guarantees, tax-credit awards, partnerships, and project outcomes are not guaranteed.
Why partners Work With Me
Development Perspective
I understand how land, creative financing, project planning, construction, operations, and stakeholder coordination intersect. This allows me to look beyond individual tasks and support the broader development process.
Atlanta Presence
For developers based outside the market, I can provide Atlanta-area support through site visits, meetings, community engagement, consultant coordination, and on-the-ground follow-through.
Strategic Coordination
I help organize project information, maintain communication, track deliverables, and keep responsibilities visible so developers can remain focused on decisions and execution.
Resource Connectivity
When appropriate, I can help identify missing professional resources and facilitate introductions to qualified consultants, lenders, contractors, underwriters, and experienced development partners.
Complimentary Project Fit Call
This complimentary 30-minute strategy session is reserved for developers, builders, investors, and project teams with active or near-term projects.
We will discuss:
Your project’s current stage
Existing development-team members
Missing professionals, documents, or resources
Coordination and communication challenges
Upcoming deadlines and priorities
Whether local Atlanta or remote support would add value
By the end of the conversation, you will have a clearer understanding of where I may be able to support your team and whether a formal engagement makes sense.
For Atlanta-area projects, future engagements may include on-site property visits, project tours, meetings, or community engagement.
How It Works
Complete the inquiry form below with information about your property, project stage, estimated budget, current team, location, and immediate needs.
I personally review each submission and typically respond within one to two business days.
Because I work selectively with development teams, not every project will be the right fit. Engagements may be structured for a specific project phase, local representation, defined deliverables, or ongoing coordination.
My Perspective
Real estate development brings together finance, land, construction, government, and community. My goal is to support developers by helping keep projects organized, stakeholders aligned, and opportunities moving forward. As I continue expanding my work with custom home builders, multifamily developers, and affordable housing teams, I remain committed to learning, building relationships, and contributing where I can add meaningful value.

Atlanta Affordable Housing Week - @jenthecloser
This short recap highlights key moments from Atlanta’s Affordable Housing Week, including senior housing initiatives, mixed-income development strategies, and community-focused planning discussions.
During this event, I had the opportunity to hear directly from Mayor Andre Dickens and other city leaders on Atlanta’s current approach to housing, senior living, and long-term affordability.
I stay closely connected to Atlanta’s development landscape by attending select industry events, city-led housing talks, and community planning forums to remain aligned with local priorities and emerging opportunities for strategic collaboration.
