PROJECT STRATEGY & REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT CONSULTATION

Atlanta development moves fast. Projects stall when coordination breaks down, communication gaps widen, and nobody is managing the details that keep everything on track. That is where I come in.

Who This Is For

Development projects do not fall apart because of bad ideas. They fall apart because the details stop being managed. Lender calls go unreturned. Stakeholder communication breaks down. Paperwork piles up. Deadlines get missed. If you are a developer, builder, or project operator who needs a reliable, organized, and proactive person in your corner keeping everything moving, this is for you.

My background includes Commercial Property Management, Construction Mastery training covering framing, electrical, plumbing, and final inspection, active membership in the National Women's Affordable Housing Network and the National Low Income Housing Coalition, direct participation in Atlanta's affordable housing development, and over a decade of creative finance and private capital experience that I bring directly to every project I support.

I work with developers, builders, and project operators who need someone on their team that understands both the financial structure of a deal and the construction process behind it. That combination is rare and it is exactly what I bring.

This session is for serious operators with active or near-term projects who need experienced coordination, communication management, and development support from someone who understands the full picture.

What I Help You Solve

Early-stage development moves fast and small gaps become expensive problems before most teams realize what happened. I help you establish clear workflows, organized deliverables, and aligned pre-development tasks from the start so nothing falls through the cracks when the pressure is on.

Keeping funding partners, lenders, contractors, nonprofits, and local contacts aligned and informed is a full time job inside any active development. I manage that communication flow across your entire project team so nothing gets lost, no call goes unreturned, and no one is left waiting on answers that should have been sent days ago.

For Atlanta area projects I provide on the ground presence for site walks, meetings, and community engagement when your team cannot be there directly. For remote projects I provide consistent, reliable virtual coordination that keeps your team organized and moving forward regardless of location. I adapt to what your project actually needs.

Consultation details

This is a focused 30-minute session reserved exclusively for developers, builders, and operators with active or near-term projects. We discuss your current project needs, identify where my support adds the most value, and determine whether moving forward together makes sense for both of us.

For Atlanta area projects, on-site property walks and project tours can be coordinated as part of the engagement.

What We Cover

We look at your early-stage coordination needs, workflow organization, and where communication gaps are creating friction across your team. We discuss stakeholder and partner alignment, acquisition and due diligence communication, and how local Atlanta presence or remote coordination support fits into your current project structure. By the end of the session both of us have clarity on whether and how to move forward.

This Is Ideal For

This session is designed for developers entering or expanding into the Atlanta market, new construction builders in the Atlanta region and surrounding areas, multifamily operators evaluating or advancing new projects, mixed-use and community-focused development teams, residential infill and small-scale development groups, out-of-state teams needing a trusted Atlanta presence, and operators who need structured communication and coordination support across an active project.

How It Works

Submit your project details using the form below. I review every submission personally and respond within one to two business days to schedule your session. This is a selective engagement and not every project will be the right fit. That clarity benefits both of us from the start.

Important

This session does not cover tax-credit underwriting, financial modeling, or introductory guidance on affordable housing development. It is focused entirely on project coordination, communication management, stakeholder alignment, and strategic support for active developments.

Submit Your Project

Please fill out the form below with your project details. You'll hear from us within 1-2 business days to schedule your consultation or address your questions.

Atlanta Affordable Housing Week - @jenthecloser

This short recap highlights key moments from Atlanta’s Affordable Housing Week, including senior housing initiatives, mixed-income development strategies, and community-focused planning discussions.

During this event, I had the opportunity to hear directly from Mayor Andre Dickens and other city leaders on Atlanta’s current approach to housing, senior living, and long-term affordability.

I stay closely connected to Atlanta’s development landscape by attending select industry events, city-led housing talks, and community planning forums to remain aligned with local priorities and emerging opportunities for strategic collaboration.
