The Foundation

I built my foundation on the belief that real estate should be accessible to those willing to think differently. Financial tools like real estate, creative financing, and private capital are not just investments, they are vehicles to generational wealth. And knowing how to drive them changes everything. In a world where tokenization and AI are reshaping the industry, the investors and agents who adapt beyond conventional financing are the ones who win. That is what I help you do.

A Decade of Creative Strategy

My foundation in creative finance started with a seller financing structure most people would have walked away from. I did not walk away. That decision set me on a path of going deeper into the strategies that open doors conventional financing keeps closed.

Over the past decade I have sharpened that expertise through some of the most respected training in the industry. Pace Morby's Subto Community gave me mastery of subject-to and complex seller financing structures. Veena Jetti's Mastering Multifamily refined my skills in underwriting, T-12 analysis, broker outreach, and capital strategy. Construction Mastery 101 gave me a ground-up understanding of framing, electrical, plumbing, and final inspection so I can lead projects and communicate effectively with builders and contractors on every development engagement I take on. Wraps 101 gave me specialized expertise in wraparound mortgage structuring, covering how to analyze existing loan terms, calculate interest rate spreads, identify due on sale clause risks, and structure wrap agreements that protect all parties from contract to close.

My commercial property management background including CAM reconciliations, leasing operations, REO management, and tenant relations brings operational discipline to every strategy I touch. I obtained my real estate license early in my career and have managed Section 8 rental portfolios, giving me a full circle understanding of housing from the investor side and the resident side equally.

Advocacy and Strategic Consulting

My involvement in affordable housing did not start at a conference or an event. It started the day I handed keys to a family who needed a safe place to call home. Having personally managed Section 8 housing I have navigated the same compliance and management challenges that keep many investors away from this space. That experience never left me and it is what ultimately drew me to the Women's Affordable Housing Network and the National Low Income Housing Coalition, two organizations working to ensure that every family regardless of income has access to a quality home in a community they are proud to be part of.

I continuously show up where the real conversations are happening. From attending the Atlanta Mayor's 2026 inauguration to participating in the 2025 Affordable Housing Developers Event at Atlanta City Hall, I stay closely connected to the development landscape and the people shaping it.
